I am employed to oversee the department's cutting edge digital media lab, in which I administer the daily operation, computer systems and audio-visual systems maintenance, and keep up the security of computer network. I assist teaching in providing tutorial/technical/teaching support to student and academic staff of two programs, MA in Communication and New Media and BA in English for Professional Communication. 

Before I work here, I had been working in the field of telecommunication for a long time in which I got experience in developing and administering telecommunication systems, computer-telephony systems, and implementing software project.
